Aimo Radio: Privacy Policy
Aimo Radio does not collect your data. Everything stays on your computer, unless you turn on a feature that connects to a service you choose.
What we collect
Nothing. Aimo Radio has no accounts, analytics, telemetry, advertising or tracking.
What stays on your computer
Your library, play history, settings, chat history, logs and cache are saved in the program's data folder on your PC. API keys and the stream password are protected with Windows data protection (DPAPI). Your music files are never uploaded or changed. Uninstalling the program removes its data folder.
AI features (optional, off by default)
If you turn AI on, your chat messages and basic station information (song titles, artists, genres, what is playing and what is queued) are sent to the AI service you configure. No audio and no files are sent. That service is run by a third party and its own privacy policy applies. A local AI server keeps everything on your computer. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat.
Streaming (optional)
If you set up internet streaming, your station's audio is sent to the server you specify.
Microphone
The microphone is used only while you are live. Its sound is mixed into your station output, and it is never recorded and never sent to us or to the AI.
Purchases
Payments and licence checks are handled by Microsoft through the Microsoft Store. We do not receive your payment details.
Third parties and children
The interface is drawn by the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime, a Microsoft component. Aimo Radio is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy, and the effective date above will change. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to access or delete, but you can ask us anything: https://www.koner.app/contact.html
